Dear Buckhorn Road user,

The state of the road has deteriorated quickly this past year from winter weather and increased usage from new neighbors. Chris Obergin and I did some quick repairs on one especially bad spot yesterday between the K. Rick and B. Williams properties as low riding cars were getting stuck. This was a temporary fix, as no rock was applied. It will be slippery over the next week. Although the speed limit is 10 mph for the entire road, we need to pay particular attention to this area or risk it getting much worse.

I will be starting the process of getting an estimate for road repairs from Garman next month and then letting everyone know the price and start collecting funds for work in April. Since there was little interest in formalizing the association for now; I will again do the collection and organize the repairs.
