Greetings neighbor,

Good news. We are only $1,300 away from starting the road repair. Unfortunately, some owners have yet to respond to our efforts. I have listed the owners who have yet to respond and commit funds to the repair of the road first, then the complete list of owners with their commitments/payments below. 

Also, since it looks like we are going to raise the funds; owners who have not yet sent in checks/cash to me, please do so now to the address below for your committed amount. As a reminder, please make out checks to GARMAN CONSTRUCTION as I will simply hand over your check to them. Cash/Checks can be hand delivered to my house (email/text/call first, available on email only for privacy). We are not doing credit cards this year, as the 20% fee was too high.

For those of you who have not responded, please let me know as soon as possible if you can commit any amount toward the repairing of the road this year. For reference, the contribution expected of each neighbor is $460.  As a reminder, not fixing the road will impact CalFire certified road status and other emergency services. 

When we reach the goal I will email all and contact Garman to schedule the repair. I will keep everyone updated via this website (www.buckhornroad.org) on the status. Please see previous letters and most updated information on the site.
