Great News! We did it! We collected enough funds to complete the major road repairs!

This letter will be sent via email to everyone for whom I have addresses and will be posted on the website buckhornroad.org.

I have contacted Bud Garman to start the work as soon as possible. Because of the snow/rain events this week it might be delayed for another week or more. I will let everyone know when the work will start. As many of you know, the work will NOT shut down the road.

Please refer to my previous letters or the website for details of the costs. I will issue a financial statement after the work is done so everyone is aware about the status of the funds. We can apply any potential surplus to future work.

Also, if you have the means (large equipment, etc.), please clear your ditches and berms next to the road as soon as possible. Since this work should be done before Bud Garman does the road repair. The quote attached to the previous letter doesn’t include all the ditches and, as you noticed during the storms last month and this week, run off from uncleared ditches/berms onto the road will continue to cause further damage.
