Dear Neighbor,

We've enjoyed more than a year since the last road maintenance in August 2024 due to your careful driving and also great weather conditions. As it is a dirt road and it will naturally deteriorate over time, it is again in need of maintenance. I am in the process of obtaining a quote for the maintenance, and will reach back out once I have more details to share. For reference, here are the maintenance costs we shared in previous years:

• 2023: $10,055 (about $840 per owner) - the cost was high after three years of deferred maintenance

• 2024: $5,530 (about $460 per owner)

• 2025: no maintenance was needed as the road remained in great shape

Once I receive a quote, I will provide information about the cost per neighbor, and will provide information on how to mail payment or deliver it in person. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
